Wine Tank Specifications

CONSTRUCTION	Standard Slimline tank shells are of a minimum 14 gauge, 304 Stainless steel. 12 gauge 304 stainless bottoms Polished exterior Round corners on tank bottom Food grade butt welds on all joints A heavy duty ring on the top of tank Lifting lugs for moving tanks when empty
TOPS	For variable quality tanks, floating lids with heavy duty gasket are utilized 316 stainless tops, fixed volume tanks have choice of Open/Removable lids, Cone Top, Truncated top, Flat top, or sloped tops
WELDS	All welds are food grade full penetration butt welds on all joints,to reduce joint corrosion.
TESTING	All tanks are tested with a non-destructive die and acid cleaned to ensure quality construction, before shipping.
STANDARD FITTINGS	On Fixed Volume tanks, 17" x 21" rectangular extraction Manway door sample valve 2" butterfly racking valve c/w 2" tri clover fitting 2" butterfly drain valve c/w 2" Tri Clover fitting. *Vented 16" round top manway
LEGS OR STANDS	Optional stainless steel or carbon steel painted legs or stands are available if required
SUMPS	Optional
COOLING JACKETS	Optional low pressure glycol or water stainless steel cooling jackets in various sizes and combinations are available
VALVES & FITTINGS	Valves- Butterfly/ball Fittings: Din, Tri clamp or camlock Racking arms, extraction doors sample valve site gauge lifting systems
